The new spell tier of 4.3 broke my tier counter for hellfire blast. The castable is at 3 but the unlocked stuck at 2. Even the trophy said that it's only at 2.
Edit: I found the problem. The upgrade only have the check for cast time per R, not the 24 cast per Era.
