Maker Challenge 5: Precog value

I'm confused on how the percentage in precog is adjusted. I'm working on the makers 5 challenge and my percentage is sitting at 331% for some time.

Is it tied to amount of mana generated or something else?

Effect: Buildings, Assistants, Royal Exchanges, Spells cast and Clicks count more based on mana produced in this game.

Formula: (ln(x) ^ 1.25) (without AR2), (1.25 * ln(x) ^ 1.5) (with AR2), where x is mana produced in this game.

So I followed the build on G00f and l’m doing something wrong.

I have 359% bonus and a precog run time of 1 day 7 hours this game. Yep, I do have the archon faction. It’s not triggering for me.

Thoughts?

Ironically, I forgot to do Archon.... oh well, it was a quick process to get to L48. Starting challenge five over.
