Merc Challenge 5 question

Coming up on the final merc challenge and I have at least 1 question. One of the requirements says:
Have at least 1 day spent with every alignment in this Reincarnation.
Is this all factions or just GOOD/EVIL/NETURAL and ORDER/CHAOS/BALANCE?
